HELP US MAKE HOLIDAY DREAMS COME TRUE!

Shop with a Cop started in 2006 with a small group of Amigos members taking a few children in their sector shopping during the holiday season. The event has grown significantly, gaining Target as a primary sponsor through their Hero’s and helpers program. The event pairs an underprivileged and at-risk child   with a law enforcement officer for a shopping spree leading up to the Holiday season. Our goal is for this experience of shopping for toys alongside a new "Amigo en Azul” will help each child create a positive view of law enforcement creating a bridge among the community we serve.

We need strong local business sponsorship and individual generosity to give this amazing opportunity to the community and for our local youth. We would love for you and your team to join Amigos en Azul and help us bridge the gap among the community we serve!

Our goal is to provide $150 for each child and match our goal of 200 children and service 10 schools each year. The schools selected are Title 1 schools from Austin ISD. With your support you can make the holidays magical for one local child in need. For an additional $50 you can provide a meal to a family in need for the holidays.
